well they do this show weekly, and then you can also listen to rob black's podcast for some extra information, updates, etc. I listen to the podcast once in awhile but the show alone is enough. XPW pay per views are on fite as well, theyre usually like 20 bucks. Oh they also have a youtube channel now too.
