Had different mechanics tell me they'd have to take it all apart to figure it out cause there was no way to know which part of it was causing it. 500 bucks so fuck that. If you are desperate, unplug the battery to reset the check engine light. Check your codes everytime you start the car and sometime you can catch it where enough sensors have cleared to get it inspected but before the check engine light comes back on. I did this for several years and the check engine light would.always kick on the day after i got it inspected
