move bianca and becky back there, delete the womens tag division, start doing NXT style vignettes, like the brutes on a night out, legado chilling at their mansion doing business, MMM at an actual photoshoot(then release it on twitter/wwe.com), you can have feuds start or progress during those.

First off, no more treating Raw and Smackdown as if theyre two separate rival brands. That shit was just a failed attempt to recapture the monday night wars and its way past expiration anyway. Instead i restart WWF, WCW, and ECW as separate brands. Three times a year the brands come together for the biggest ppv shows and fight for the universal championship, which will be the only remaining WWE-branded title. First champion under these new rules? AJ Styles. I would have him kayfabe cripple tom riddle and holographically "shoot" all his stupid little entrance critters dead.
Women's division no longer featured heavily on raw or smackdown. Instead, have a separate show that focuses on women and cruiserweights.

Book the IC title like a world championship. Have a much firmer upper/middle/lower card structure. Give people more gimmicks and character so they can have feuds over things other than championships. Have more long-term friendships/rivalries that span more than one feud and don't disappear the instant someone turns face/heel. Lean into other media for stories. Host a months long tournament. Have multiple people books like absolute monsters. Have more winning streaks.
