I think over the last 40 years wrestling has had so many scandals that in general people already think wrestlers are violent racist drug addled sex offenders. Thats why WWE tried to clean their image up so hard after the Benoit thing, it was the last strike. And then the whole PC agenda happened and viewership has became so volatile all the major promotions are afraid of pissing off advertisers. This is why it's very rare we see any edgy stuff anymore.

We don’t even see edgy racist shit in movies and comics anymore. Even the new Star Wars has black and women imperials (Nazis). Only music videos are allowed to show things like racist cops because the audience is for lawless niggers and advertisers see dollar signs more than seeing them triggering troons who are unironically scared of cops.
