Not even close. Sayama, Misawa, Kobashi, Muto, Liger, Riki Chosu, Jumbo, and of course Inoki and Rikidozan, were all bigger stars at times when pro wrestling was more relevant in Japan.

Okada is better than every wrestler you named other than Misawa and Kobashi in the ring and he's at least as good as either from a pure work standpoint.

but Vader? Nah, not even close. Doesn't have the strength, the size, or the athleticism. He has good presence and good character work though, but Vader was a true specimen

You've never seen an Okada match. There's a reason people say that shit about Kenny with his weird hand gesturing and shit but what does Okada do at all that's anything like that?
He wrestles a very straightforward, old school kind of wrestling style overall and he's a shoot 6'3" Jap, so how the hell does he not "look believable?" He's huge for a Jap
