Never suspended either only time it was brought up is when many months later I got in trouble for unrelated hilarious nonsense and my boss said sometimes he doesnt even show up to work or call in. He just showd up when he pleases and my union rep said why didnt you write him up or suspend him any of these times then?
I was a certified draw where I worked. Worked many to a shoot worked with management walked outside of management. I had to work a 3 year trying to get written up for every little thing and getting suspended for downright asinine shit because by then it became my second job.
