Have him be the face who's mad about Roman making a mockery of his company, saying "I was right when I said you were bad for business", and give them a match at a minor PPV just to pad the card. Some months later, have Roman and the GM bickering at each other with Steph trying to mediate tensions, Steph gets hit, and Haitch reemerges for another match he loses to pad the card at a minor PPV. He uses his power to make the royal rumble for the title, with Roman starting at #1. Roman still wins (lol). Same at the elimination chamber. Finally, he challenges Roman personally at wrestlemania, and his side of the bargain is to bet his career. The Usos try to do a run-in, but Shawn Michaels comes out and fights them off. Roman eventually wins anyways.
Not necessarily exciting, but it's good for killing time.
