What's the Kayfabe reason for wrestler not winning a Steel Cage match by just running the opposite side as fast as he can and climb over fence when the bell rings?

The other wrestler can do it too and might be faster.
Or you are now at a massive disadvantage because your opponent can just run at you, grab you, and knock you off at the start.

Either way, the attempt has been tried before and it typically fails because of the latter reason.
