People would always mention WWE when talking about TNA but more in a "Why are they trying so hard to be WWE?" and not "TNAholes are stupid fags Stand Up for WWE Cenation." I think it's because a large scale rival showed up who isn't making a kid's show and now they can't hide behind "I watch WWE for the good parts," it's the realization they want to watch a kid's show. AEW exposed the manbaby incels for what they are and boy they don't like it one bit. However, it probably doesn't help that Warner wanted to push Tony Khan as a cuddly billionaire and he's nowhere near charismatic enough to pull it off.
