All WWE has to do is book Rock to do 1 Rock Bottom/People's Elbow in the Rumble to eliminate 1 guy, promos up to Mania, then 1 Rock Bottom /People's elbow at Mania to take the belt off Roman, then 1 move on to Rock to get the belt off him. Simply making a Rock WrestleMania match is enough to draw dimes.
