Andrade, in his bid to force Tony to fire him by picking a fight with Ten, fucked over plans for a Ten solo push where he would be unmasked, then go heel destroy Dark Order once and for all and cost Adam Page his match against Moxley.
Because of Andrade's selfishness, Ten's push has been postponed as has his unmasking and Dark Order's dissolution. To make it up to him, Tony offered him a queen for a day deal where he would grant a favor for Ten within reason and Ten requested Grayson be brought back. So he's now working on a per appearance deal, as said favor to Ten.
