I really don't think he's so far away from getting it that he needs another excursion. I know Despy can make anyone look good but he really seemed to have it in that January match, and I remember the recent match with Ishimori being pretty great. As angry as I am that we're going six months without a Junior title match, I am curious to see how they build to the WK match and to what extent they try to build him as a threat there. Him being in what could well be the WK semi main event is wild and even if he eats the pin I have to imagine that if they're putting him in that spot they want him to be a serious contender in the future.
