Not classic typos where your fingertip hits a few milimeters to the side and you accidentally pick an adjacent letter. For some reason I'll replace the right letter with a different letter in my un/subconscious mind. It's not a physical mistake because the letter is far away from the right one on the keyboard. It's a mental thing. Sometimes it's not just one letter, it's a whole word made up of the wrong letters. The rest of the sentence or paragraph is perfectly fine, but in the middle is sitting is a bizarrely garbled word.
I noticed this happening a couple of years ago, but it's happening more and more as time goes on. I don't know why. I was never dyslexic. It's a very recent thing.
