He's pointing out that Punk's issue is that he doesn't know how to turn himself off when he needs to. He worked himself into a shoot and out of the best deal of his career, and one of the best deals any pro-wrestler's ever gotten anywhere, because he felt butthurthurt over a promo insult so inside it went over the heads of ~99% of AEW's audience, and an IRL feud with his ex-best friend that by every remotely measurable metric he'd already won. No one else in pro-wrestling has thrown away so much over so minor matters.
And yeah, if the rumors over his marital troubles are true, that probably hasn't put him in a good mood. But he's hardly the first pro-wrestler with a rocky love life, and he could've solved it had he just learned to look the other way when April calls him "Jay" by mistake.
