Idk, recently watching him I had a different outlook, there's so much unnecessary rolls and flips and looks too choreographed. So he's basically a modern day indy wrestler which is probably why everyone still loves him

Very few indy wrestlers copy from RVD. Almost everybody nowadays copies from either Dynamite, Bret, Foley, or a guy who was copying from one of those three. Fuck, even Bret and Foley were largely inspired by Dynamite.
