When you reach a certain level of success where you feel secure in your legacy and your position you usually are able to get along with people, even if you wouldn't have gotten along earlier in your career. It's also why Triple H was a jealous bitter asshole the whole time he was a wrestler, then when he became a big time executive in the company he became a lot more friendly.

Actually reflects pretty badly on Punk considering he wanted to feel like he was a Cena, Austin, or Rock legend figure in AEW and he blew up his run because he couldn't get along with anyone
