He finds Michael, who’s old and broken and can’t do anything and together they kill some people until on Halloween night he kicks the shit of lit of Michael and goes on his own rampage wearing Michael’s mask.
Laurie BTFO of him and kills him. Michael followed him to her home, gets his mask back and does the job to a geriatric woman having accomplished nothing.
The town then parades his corpse to the junkyard where he’s out in a wood chipper and ripped to shreds.
Michael gets zero screen time, maybe one kill and then gets beaten up and humiliated by everyone he comes into contact with until he dies like a bitch. It’s insulting to the character.
