I like how 4channers like this gimmick because it parodied Reddit and Redditors liked this gimmick because it reflected them and they thought Bryan was the face
And both sites thought Bryan was the face when he was giving Vince his “okay boomer” speech even though he was raving like a lunatic and both AJ and Vince and even the crowd no sold him. Truly shows that the internet are as out of touch as the elites, just in different ways.
Still a great gimmick, better than whatever the hell he is doing in AEW.

This is actually true, the gimic was clean and artfully pulled off. "intellectual superior" to the masses, preachy, etc.

WWE has a poor poor history of pulling the plug on unique and entertaining gimics, they seem to have major blindspots.

Bo Dallas as a positive speaker with no self awareness.
Fandango could have been much much better booked.
Even now with Maximum male models - they have something special but will blow it.
