The thing is while Scott Steiner comes from an era of intense power lifting, roids, walking around with tons of girls and being an overbearing meat-headed retard who drives his Cadillac 100mph in the wrong lane, Phil is significantly more lame with his obsession over social media drama, trying to be a jew with his contracts, treating wrestling as a means to an end, etc.
