Not getting surgery doesn't automatically mean it's fake. Spinal surgery can be life altering/career ending.
That being said, Tony Khan is a faggot with the interim champion shit and should have stripped her if she was injured and needed time off. AEW also needs to stop hiding and vagueposting about wrestlers injuries, and state the medical reason they're out. He also needs to get a fucking grip over his talent making shoot comments burying other talent and questioning the validity of their injuries. I miss when AEW was shit like Lucha Bros vs Private Party going out and giving it their all over this high school drama bullshit.
