In no universe will Halloween Havoc be more identifiable with NXT than WCW. Because when I think Halloween Havoc, I think of Cora Jade, Cameron Grimes and Joe Gacy and not Sting, Ric Flair, Rey Mysterio Great Muta or Hulk Hogan.

Now, yeah, but if they do it for years then more and more WCW fans will be gone so yeah, they'll identify it with NXT, same as territory guys are more identified with later promotions than they are with the original places where they were big stars and were seen by more people in total. In any case, it's publicity talk from a guy who works on NXT, who cares?
