He got banned from NXT tapings (possibly NXT shows in general) for "reporting spoilers" which makes no sense because nobody else ever has. Even if he wasn't grooming Izzy (doubtful but you never know), I have no doubts he was acting like an annoying creep towards some of the female wrestlers or other female fans and that's what got him banned.
