He has no leverage here. If he goes, it'll just be for the paycheck and the chance to main-event 'Mania, which won't happen this year if they can get The Rock, and honestly still wouldn't be a better idea than going with Reigns/Rhodes.
Triple H is probably more interested in Omega, anyway. Kenny's also be the better get, if they can bring him in.
