Just accept that you are here forever bro. I came to 4chan in 2008 and since then I became an alcoholic (2-4 40s a day for months), became addicted to opiod pills and later heroin (thankfully this was way before everyone was getting fentafucked) and recovered from all of it. But I keep coming back here. Mainly for the porn webms and shitposting, it's a real bitch to quit.
