Vince had highs and lows. You would have absolute shit tier programming, but you had some really good shit mixed in. HHH is more consistent, but without the good shit. H's WWE is consistently bad, not as bad as Vince's bad stuff, but still bad. I'd take Vince over H because there's no chance that we'll ever get anything great from HHH
