People who come to mind for me here are Thunder Rosa for her botched run and backstage heat, Alexa Bliss for continued steep career decline, being given the 24/7 title treatment by the previous booker and then being reduced to a near silent sidekick by the current one and being decimated by the wall. I'd put Sasha and Naomi here too but they seem to be doing alright with the modeling gigs so idk
