He'll go back if he's desperate enough for money. Which he very well might be: divorce looming, massive bills for the LA mansion, rumors of bad investments, quite likely only signed with AEW for the money to begin with.
But he'd have to be really, really desperate. He burnt the bridge and salted the earth on his way out, and insulted Triple H specifically. He even buried the company in his comeback promo by saying his time there meant an end to his time in professional wrestling. Going back to The 'E would be a total refutation of everything he said he stood for his entire prior life.
Plus, who'd actually want to work with him? He's barely more popular in the WWE lockerroom than the AEW one right now. And WWE's finally reliably beating AEW in live ticket sales.
The tables have turned. Punk needs Triple H far more than Triple H needs Punk.
