Maybe they did. There was an original suspect who was already charged with kidnapping and raping another girl in the area, but when the police went to his house they had a 5 hour stand off and he committed suicide so they will never know if it was him. Unless this new guy completely admits that it was him it's very doubtful we will ever know.

I think, honestly, multiple people are involved. because it was already proven that 3 guys were running a catfishing pedo ring. The klines, Richard Allen, and some guy that has never been found that goes by "yellow" or some shit. there is a reason why they are still investigating. I think they have the right guy that killed but there is definitely more behind the scenes.
