Basically the cops are not going to want to have their undercover in a situation that is out of their control, especially a female officer that is going to (by necessity) be alone with a guy who is already horny. That means any girl who does outcall is very unlikely to be a cop. If a girl does incall at an apartment you are also most likely in the clear since no fucking apartment complex, anywhere or ever, would want that kind of shit going down on their property.
This leaves you with super obvious setups like "meet me at this shitty motel 6!" and even those can be swerved. If you ask to see the goods before discussing money or anything incriminating then you will filter out any potential undercovers. This also means that girls with nudes in their profiles have a very narrow chance of being cops.
Also the risks for the girls are much higher than the clients as far as a potential sting goes. Soliciting generally carries a misdemeanor but they can threaten all kinds of charges on the girls. Civil asset forfeiture is usually the big one, ie: "you used your car / house / phone as part of an ongoing criminal enterprise and we may seize it to prevent its further use in this capacity" or similar language. Also a real potential for jail time or long stints on probation. This means they tend to be skittish with new clients and you may get ghosted if you give off anything resembling cop vibes. On the other side of that, if you do things that the cops simply cannot in the course of a sting like ask to see nudes or expose yourself (in a tasteful way, dont just unzip your flaccid dick without saying anything) they will usually relax pretty quickly.
