That is the one word that universally describes him across all of /aspw/.
Did you know he had a lisp? How can you ever be cool if you had a lisp into adulthood? You can't.
He is also, keyword #2, oblivious. He doesn't realize how bad doing certain things makes him look, so he ends up saying stupid things like wondering why he never was The Guy.
It's simple. He has never and will never carry himself like The Guy. No matter how much more likeable and entertaining he may be than his partners, he has the single worst demeanor of any of them.
Seth isn't bad, not by a long shot. But he is forever hampered, crippled, and sabotaged by his core self being, once again, a total and utter geek, that shines through in virtually everything he does. This is exactly why "Seth Rollins Is Not Cool" manifested. He had 10+ years to get a clue and he never did. It's who he is and always will be. Never The Guy.
