You're right OP. But "worked shoot" is a term because the wrestlers may agree to go heavy with shoot offense. Therefore it's a work, but with shoot elements. Wrt MJF's fire me promo, that was just 4th wall breaking shit that nobody bought. There was nothing shoot about that promo and it's retarded to call it a worked shoot
