DEAN
Stone Cold apologized in a video at a later date, he was underprepared and didn't know the line to not cross. It seems production intentionally didn't tell him that Mox didn't want to talk about his family but did brief him on Moxley's troubled childhood. Kinda looks like they tried to set things up hoping to manipulate Moxley into some sort of emotional breakdown, and didn't tell Steve. Also Steve was admittedly not watching WWE at this time and didn't really know if this was Mox's character or not. So he just kept going at it thinking that the crazy Dean Ambrose character was meant to be neurotic and shifty. It was a complete clusterfuck and Steve said he felt really bad about making things difficult for a young star.
Stone Cold has yet to apologize for the Heyman episode.
