I think only Flair has him topped, but unlike Flair, Jarrett doesn't seem to be a complete idiot with cash.
He's pretty much wrestling's DSP at this point. This nigga cannot take an L without bouncing back to a better position. And he did all of that as an average talent. Nobody has achieved more without marrying the bosses daughter than he did with that level of talent.

Jeff Jarret with no exceptional skills on the mic or in the ring managed to carny himself into the WCW WHC with a roster that had Sting, Flair, Randy Savage, Goldberg, Hogan, Nash, DDP, Steiner and Booker T.

Jeff's father was working for WCW and even wanted to acquire it near the end, Jeff was also pretty much the perfect wrestler for the area of the US that WCW was catering to, blonde, wrestled "old style" and had a strong southern accent.
