He starts out as Nyla's manager then slowly it becomes apparent he's into Jade. It ends with them being in a trio group. It breaks up when it's revealed he's been banging Kid Bandit in drag.
He's then double kicked by the Young Bucks and loses recollection of who he is.
Rustev then helps him in finding god and they have the tag titles for a while after beating the bucks.
After this he gets one of the main titles before becoming a midcarder.

the HIV virus will often eventually cause AIDS but will not necessarily do that especially if you are properly medicated

If you want to use him to actually help your roster seem credible you could have him run roughshod over the mid card and get a few key wins over main event level guys, at least one in shocking/short fashion like the cody squashes. Set him up as a goliath character who talks down/looks down on the smaller guys. Then find your Rey Mysterio equivalent who would be really elevated by beating him in relatively clean fashion. Hopefully you get that guy in the title picture and Braun can go back to an andre the giant type special attraction where he just does occasional fun squashes or car crash matches because he's already pretty old and that body type doesn't wrestle for long usually.

I'm just trying to do what WCW actually should have done, so Hook probably if you're going to build around him over the next decade. You don't even have to get him over as a giantslayer because AEW doesn't have too many, just make him the one guy who managed to beat Braun.
