Total war is good it just has a bit too much caffeine for me. You'll definitely get a good pump though. Haven't tried his flavor but it's pre-workout not juice just choke it down

Yep I had it. It’s not awful. It tastes pretty well but my work outs weren’t explosive . Lots of itching and it was just fine. Better stuff out there
