Baszler came into WWE at 37 but she had an extensive MMA career, a few years on the indies, and was buddies with Ronda Rousey.
Lady Frost was already close to her mid-30s with seemingly no real or notable athletic background by the time she got into wrestling. I could see Paul be more willing to take her in to boost NXT since she now has experience. They need to do something seeing as they're probably about to put their belt on that dimeless, charismaless, ugly shitter Alba Fyre.
