This is where I disagree with Cornette because he was saying they hot shorted so much that people got burned out by the product, well they did that because it was a knock down drag out fight between two feds pulling TV numbers better than any fed before it, and it was national TV and not regional, and that was caused by the real reason wrestling died: McMahon consolidating the territories which killed any and all chances of another fed like JCP offering proper competition
