Seth as a face is boring because he has too many bad "indie workrate" habits

His current "Joker" character can work as a tweener "cool heel" but only if he's the ONLY tweener "cool heel"

Not a friend to other babyfaces and an asshole antagonist to other heels

The problem with Raw is there is no top babyface or top heel and so many of the best candidates are sucked up in the Judgement Day stuff

If Judgement Day was booked better there would be an easy "babyface alliance" story fighting against them leading into Survivor Series and very easy drama with Edge & Rey needing to work with Seth after their own histories with him
