110g (4 oz) fatty pork shoulder, roughly chopped
110g (4 oz) pig's liver, roughly chopped
250g (8oz) fatty belly pork, roughly chopped
110g (4 oz) bacon scraps
110g (4 oz) bread crumbs
1 medium onion, finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon mace
1 teaspoon allspice
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
2 sage leaves, finely chopped
1 small red chilli, de-seeded and finely chopped
Salt and Pepper
Caul fat* or streaky bacon
Optional Ingredients for the full Jimmy Ocean experience:

Step 1: Mince your meats into a paste
Step 2: Add in your breadcrumbs, onion and spices. (add in your drugs here if desired)
