He's right. Dynamite and Raw will sometimes randomly jump 50% in 18-34 week-to-week because fewer young people watch TV so it is one of the demos with a smaller sample size. The week before this, Rampage went from 0.08 in 18-34 to 0.13, a 63% increase.
I can't wait for this week's Rampage to randomly increase 40% in F12-34 and people to be like, Wow, this proves that young women love Jun Akiyama!
