farfelle is underrated but requires care when cooking because it's easy to either undercook the central part or end up disintegrating the wings while overcompensating for the thicker joining segment. this would make it a wrestler that's an acquired taste and not always easily accessible, but rewarding when effort is applied. not sure who fits
