That may seem hard to believe because it's Vince and Steve Austin, but that storyline ran uninterrupted all the way from the Austin 3:16 promo until Wrestlemania X7. Vince didn't really work as a heel until after the screwjob, and crowds and ratings were not good.
OP's pic is from 2000 or 2001 when Austin and The Rock were drawing sell out crowds.
