Toni needs to reinvent herself. The Motley Crue/GNR type aesthetic was cool and worked for her a couple years ago but not anymore. She got crickets in both WWE and AEW because she failed to reinvent herself and adapt to her new surroundings and s global audience. I hope she figures it out sometime soon. It isn’t a heel turn I’m talking about. It’s her look…it needs to evolve into something larger than life if she wants to stay afloat and undoubtedly be head and shoulders above every flavor of the month like Jamie. this is another example of aew voicing their displeasure at the shit booking theyve been fed. with that said, its fucking gay to see the crowd try to take over the match. we know its fake, but when the crowd tries to mark out so they can see a 'moment' is when this has all jumped the shark. cheering mjewf as a face is another example of the crowd forcing themselves into the booking.

The actual reason is that Toni Storm was never made to seem important before putting the title on her, didn't have matches that would get her over before getting the title, and had the title put on her in a 4-way where she was CLEARLY the least over of all 4 women involved.

I never understood why she was given the belt in the first place. She was the least over woman in that match at All Out. I feel bad because she had no real storyline during reign until dropping it to Hayter. Tony did her no favors. She did the best she could in the ring.
