If he said "I don't want to wrestle a woman because it's not realistic that a woman could go toe to toe with a man in the ring" then he would have been making a good point. Instead he's getting all puritanical and preachy about "hurting" women in a fake fight. He's basically equating hitting a woman with a worked worm with hitting her with a shoot worm.
If he doesn't want to wrestle chicks then that's fine because nowdays only japan has the balls to book good intergender matches where the woman is at a serious disadvantage and gets the piss slapped out of her by the man. When he's talking about people trying to book him in intergender matches, he's talking about shitty indies that want him wrestling 50/50 back and forth bouts with a chick, and shit like like that is almost always terrible because women work at half the speed, stiffness and intensity that men do.
Although to be fair I've seen Scotty wrestle at my local indie a couple of times now and his matches are pretty much just him coming out, prolonging his entrace for 15 minutes to milk every last drop of nostalgia from the marks, then he does the bulldog and hits his opponent with a shoot or possibly worked shoot worm and that's it. It's not like he's a "serious" wrestler or anything so this tweet makes him sound like a bit of a fag.
