Why is an IRS agent wrestling in the WWF?

I understand why a slimy repo man would join a wrestling fed for extra cash, I get why a voodoo priest would chase gold in a wrestling promotion.
But why an IRS agent? Does the IRS not give him as much money as he wants?
Is he somehow collecting backtaxes by pinning people?
