1. Tony's a cowardly pussy who doesn't want to garner the internet's hatred of him picking the Bucks over FTR (especially since the Bucks have openly been in the wrong, to the point that even Meltzer's destroyed his rep white knighting them) or standing up to the Bucks and telling them to stop tormenting FTR.
2. In his rush to sign FTR, Tony forgot to make them sign an NDA and as such, they've seen and heard a lot of bad shit beyond the shit that the Elite has done to them, that Tony DESPERATELY wants to keep buried. This includes, allegedly, Dax and Cash knowing the truth about Brodie Lee's death and why Cody was forced out of the company.
Dax and Cash probably could score a big book deal with the shit they've have on Tony, let alone the fact that Cornette and Last would probably give them an open forum to go Sampson in the Temple if they wanted it. So Tony's got to try and keep them happy and on the payroll so they'll reup and he can make damn sure they sign a more or less lifetime NDA with said reup to permanently gag them.
