The problem is (as evidenced by Adam Cole’s existence) that AEW fans will cheer for anything, so even though Joe is washed up the crowd will still treat him like it’s 2004.

It's OK, they didn't have to feed him John Morrisons career though. It's not the best run but it feels like consistent B-plot wrestling drama is happening and there are matches with it so it is above AEW average.

Shit like this always has me wondering "Did some exec say that they want Joe as TNT champ"? Or worse, did one of them hint that Wardlow as RoH TV Champ would help get the deal. Because right now I can 100% see Wardlow vs Joe at Final Battle.
