Hogan was a legit wrestling legend but he also believed his own bullshit which led him to his disastrous movie career. Warrior was a flawed performer who believed he was the greatest wrestler of all time. El Santo was so legendary that many recognize him as the greatest Mexican wrestler of all time even if almost no one has seen one of his matches or hear him speak outside of his movies, his legend overshadowed his ego and that's why he transcended so much while someone like warrior didn't.
