I would guess that the plan for him is to move to SD, take the title off Gunther so he can do what he's doing now but on the main roster, and then Gunther takes the world title off of whoever takes it off Roman - likely Cody. But now with Cody being out with a long injury and them keeping the titles on Roman the timeline for this is all fucked, which is why Bron was on RAW for a cup of coffee then went back to NXT. This could still be the play but now he seems to have lost a bit of steam.

i don't care for jap wrestling but from what I've seen Okada is a different beast in a different sort of jungle, his delivery from what little i can gather is much more suited to the japanese style, in a complimentary way, he is better than Bron.
But you bring him out to NXT to interract with Jacket man and JD McGoatboy and see how that flies over. Different style of product and audience
