Critically he’s doing well but clearly he isn’t a lead like The Rock and can’t carry a project.

The Rock is the standard choice for popular action/adventure movies that want a big guy as the lead. People are so familiar with him that he can get away with being himself in every role he plays.
Cena isn't as big the Rock but his roles are still bigger than Batista.
I like Batista acting career but you can't deny that he's the less popular

In terms of drawing, I suppose it's Rock since he was the headliner in huge movies and even beat Star Wars with the first Jumanji reboot, but his drawing power is fading.
My personal favorite is Cena though. Has great comedic timing and was so good as Peacemaker they gave him his own show.
